Practicalities and How I Work

If we decide to meet, I offer a 40 minute zoom introduction session for free where we can discuss what it is that you are seeking, how I work and a chance for you to ask me questions and any practicalities.
I work on zoom. I also offer eco psychotherapy sessions outdoors on Hampstead Heath, North London, when weather permits. If eco psychotherapy is of interest I aim to off 50% of our sessions together outdoors and the remainder on zoom.
Fees:
I have variable fees depending on your situation:
My regular fee is £80 - 100
Low costs fees: Begin at £50 per session.
We can discuss fees when we meet for an introductory session on zoom.
You can also access 3 free sessions with me via the Climate Psychology Alliance if you have been affected by climate and environmental distress or through activism, prison or generally just need to talk about this difficulty.
